How We Work
Our work together is grounded in depth and curiosity. We look beneath symptoms to the histories and meanings that shape them. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we stay with questions long enough for something new to emerge.
Therapy becomes a place where complex or contradictory feelings can be spoken aloud — where parts of you that have been managed, minimized, or overdeveloped can be met with steadiness and thoughtfulness.
