Who I Work With
I work with adults and couples who are seeking a space to think more deeply about themselves and their relationships.
Many of the individuals I see are navigating anxiety, low mood, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction that is difficult to name. Others are grappling with perfectionism, relationship struggles, grief, or questions about identity and direction. Some come in moments of acute distress. Others arrive with a quieter feeling that something feels off, even if their lives appear stable from the outside.
In my work with couples, we focus on understanding the patterns that emerge between partners, especially those that feel repetitive, charged, or stuck. Together, we slow down interactions to better understand what each person is longing for, protecting against, or struggling to express.
Across both individual and couples work, the aim is to develop greater clarity, emotional depth, and freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
