Who I Work With
I work with adults and couples who are seeking a space to think more deeply about themselves and their relationships.
Many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, low mood, or a persistent sense of dissatisfaction that is difficult to name. Others are grappling with perfectionism or grief, or with questions about identity and direction that have started to feel more pressing. What brings someone in varies quite a bit. For some it's a moment of acute distress. For others it's quieter, a sense that something feels off even when their life looks stable from the outside.
In my work with couples, we focus on understanding the patterns that emerge between partners, particularly the ones that feel repetitive or charged or hard to shake. Together, we slow down these interactions to better understand what each person is longing for, what they're protecting against, and what they're struggling to put into words.
Across both individual and couples work, the aim is to understand yourself more clearly and to find more room to move within your own life..
